Shame on NV Energy. All it takes for a good company to go down is for them to do nothing.

The customer and employees are no longer valued by this company.

I just recently retired from NV Energy (Sierra Pac. Power Co.) after 40-plus years, so this is all new to me and I've definitely had my eyes opened. This is definitely not the company I hired onto back in 1968. The company used to be like a family. It all changed when we merged with Las Vegas and most of the upper management were handed severance packages.

Shame on NV Energy. All it takes for a good company to go down is for them to do nothing.
